Joshua Rey

Joshua Rey represents buyers in the acquisition and sellers in the disposition of retail and net leased properties in California. With approximately 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Josh brings several layers of experience to Real Estate that is a great benefit to his clients.

Prior to joining Value Net Lease, Josh was active is sales of retail and net leased properties at Marcus & Millichap. Josh takes a client focused (rather than deal focused) approach, advising clients to help reach their goals. Additionally, Josh was chosen to represent multiple financial institutions in the disposition of their properties in the highly competitive distressed market.
